With more than 3000 students in six schools, the Spring Hill School District has a reputation for providing excellent educational opportunities. Awarded the Governors Achievement of Excellence Award several years running and 31 "Standards of Excellence" citations on the Kansas Assessments. The students are offered a wide range of extracurricular activities and opportunities for community service. There are currently three elementary schools, a middle school, and a high school. Additionally Spring Hill offers a unique educational opportunity to students across the state of Kansas providing an online experience. The school district encompasses 71 square miles of land including municipalities of Spring Hill, and parts of Overland Park and Olathe in Johnson and Miami Counties.
